- Returns and exchanges must be initiated within 30 days of receiving your order.
- Apparel items that have been worn, washed, or have the tags removed are NOT eligible for exchange or return.
- If your package was damaged from shipment, please submit a ticket within 30 days of receiving your order to request an exchange or return. Please use our ticket form to upload a photo of the damage.
- If you received an incomplete or incorrect order, please submit a ticket within 30 days of receiving your order.
- Shipping and handling for exchanges and returns are the responsibility of the purchaser, and shipping for the original order is nonrefundable.
- The YGS Group will credit or replace an order that was incorrectly fulfilled by our team.
To initiate an exchange or return, submit a ticket and select the form for "Exchange/Return Request." Please provide as much information as possible about your request for timely processing. Our team will respond with clear direction on how to submit a return and where to ship your package.
