Yes. Since EBS is for business purchases, you must meet or exceed the minimum quantity required for an item before an order may be placed. This is the not the case with ShopErickson, which is designed so that individuals may purchase single items for their own use with a personal debit or credit card, with no minimum quantity threshold.
