Shipping and Payment Guide

1. Once on the checkout page, you will be asked to select your Shipping Method first. The FedEx delivery method will ship to the address of your choosing for a fee. Shipping to a PSL location is free of charge. If using the ship to PSL location, make sure the desired location is selected from the “PSL Locations” dropdown.

Using Care Cash

1.  Click “Payment”.

2. Select ‘Care Cash’ from the Method of Payment dropdown.

3. After all required selections are made, click “Place Order”.

4. When the order is successfully placed you will be taken to the Order History screen where you will see the details of your order.

Using the “Split Payment” Method

1. On the Checkout page, click on the “Split Payments” button.

2. This will open the screen shown below. Use the drop-down menus to select the two preferred methods of payment. Enter the amount you would like to apply to the first method of payment, the amount field for the second method of payment will automatically be calculated.

3. Click “Create Multiple Payments”.

4. This will take you back to the checkout screen and display the two methods of payments as shown below. Click “Enter Credit Card Details”, a screen will display to input credit card information.

5. Once credit card information is entered, click “Authorize”. Then click the “Place Order” button and this will complete the transaction and place your order.

Using a Credit Card for Payment

1. Click the “Method of Payment" dropdown to display payment options and choose “Credit Card”.

2. Click “Enter Credit Card Details”, a screen will display to input credit card information.

3. Once information has been entered, click “Authorize”.

4. Verify that the “Bill to Address” matches the billing address of the Credit Card, then click “Place Order” to complete the transaction.
