1. I requested final proof over two weeks ago and have not yet received it. 

The standard SLA for providing proofs is 5-7 calendar days from the request date. If you have not received tracking information, please open a Help Ticket. 

2. My documents meet the design requirements, but I am receiving an error message when saving my design. 

For assistance with error messages when saving your design, please send the design file to the YGS support team via a Help Ticket. We will review the file and provide feedback on the issue. 

3. The quality of my final proof is poor despite meeting all design requirements. How can I address this issue? 

Poor quality can result from factors such as low-resolution images. Ensure your artwork is high-resolution before submission and avoid adjusting the resolution in Photoshop. Review your design files to confirm they meet quality standards. If you need further assistance, please open a Help Ticket. 

4. I received our print piece significantly later than the estimated delivery time. How long should it take for my order to be fulfilled and delivered? 

Delivery times depend on the agreed-upon SLAs and the selected postage class. For MVP projects, please note that delivery may take up to 14 days due to non-profit mailing standards. Refer to the SLA details below.
